The Spotlight On Sales module enables individual and group level coaching by measuring specific sales behaviors.
PEER COMPARISON
Interactive Peer Compare reports provide historical performance trends compared to high, low and average scores of peers in several performance factors. Peer comparison criteria can be set with user configurable options.
MONTHLY TREND ANALYSIS
Interactive monthly trend analysis allows analysis of performance data trends by branch, department or overall.
GROUP LEVEL COACHING
The Service Coach’s Communiqué is a tool that allows managers to identify specific training opportunities by viewing group averages for each question and can be drilled down to specific branches or departments as well as individual employee.
SAMPLE SHOP
Individual Shop reports are provided for each measured service experience for individual coaching sessions. Each shop report measures over 40 specific attributes and includes open comment and short answer questions.
